I feel this practice has gone downhill. Been suffering with severe pain for a month n half but impossible to get an appointment. They just don't want to know, just get fobbed off.

I had Dr.Swift for years before he left. He was understanding when i started suffering from daily panic attacks which i required medication for. Being a single parent i was needing a "quick" working solution so he gave me medication that started to work straight away rather than weeks after first dose. I didnt suffer from a serious attack again so they obviously worked,However when he left the new doc told me i cudnt have them any more and he shouldnt of given them me. They stopped it and my attacks started again. The new doc also mis diagnosed me when i hurt my back he said it was a bruise when infact i have sciatica. Ive sinced moved docs so wouldnt recommend to any1

The open hours are very limited therefore getting an appointment can be very hard unless you book online 4-6 weeks in advance which is no good if you need an urgent appointment. The female Doctor there (I forget her name, I think its Dr.Ahmed) is good. Dr. Jindal however, is incapable of keeping to appointment times and he frequently runs WELL over an hour late!! Ive heard many complaints about him from many people (not just about his poor time keeping). My last 2 appointments with him hes been 1hr 50mins late, and 1hr 20mins late! Not only that he felt the need to read my entire medical history and state he was concerned about the amount of antibiotics Id had, when I looked confused and asked what he meant, he gave me the name of the drug and it was for something completely unrelated from 6-10 years ago! So this doesnt fill me with confidence that hes even able to read records effectively if he didnt even notice the date. Immediately after my last appointment with him I went to register with a different Doctors. Id had enough of it! Would NOT recommend at all, in fact, Id actively advise people against going here. If you absolutely must go here, try get the female Doctor!
