Fantastic all round service from these guys.!!! Good quality decking kit very happy with my order. Had to call as I wanted extras adding to my order which wasn't a problem for them and was happy to deal with my request. Great customer service helpful delivery guy. Kept me well informed about my order and was delivered with in 2 weeks which was really fast considering what I ordered. Over all impressed with this company and would highly reccomend. Decking is being put up at the week end and I can not wait top quality decking kit is going to look fantastic in my garden. Thanks for a great service guys 5 stars !!

Kit arrived, took a while but with covid not too bad and then I had to delay so partly my fault. Put it together looks great, couple of bowed lengths but its wood so what can you do. all looks great. Very pleased.

I've just had a very good experience with UKDeckIt. It looks like they had some real issues over the COVID lockdown period, but who didn't? In any case, I had my 3mx3m decking kit delivered this morning, exactly a week after placing the order. They even phoned yesterday to check I was ready to receive it. I'm very impressed, and will be a returning customer soon!

Firstly I want to thank Tracy, Maxine and the whole team including the lovely delivery driver too in their efforts in delivering our decking during the pandemic. I ordered on the 16th May knowing that they had notified via the website message that some delays were to be expected. Like others I emailed to ensure the order was acknowledged and received a response at 11pm on a Saturday night a week later confirming they were very busy. I then saw the website message had been further updated and orders had since been restricted to clear the backlog of orders. A refund was offered when it was clear there would be further delays but I wanted to support this family business which has taken over 18 months worth of orders in a short time. The decking has been delivered today in 7 weeks, with a phone call yesterday confirming a 2 hour delivery window and I could not be happier. Great quality product and free delivery to Dorset. Be kind and patient, this company tried their best and were open when the big chains were not!

Please DONT take any notice of the reviews below. I ordered a deck and posts late PM on Saturday 5th September 2020. I've received the other today Saturday 12th September 2020. 1 week turn around!!! - Email to confirm purchase within minutes. - I got a call from the office on Tuesday to confirm it would be on its way. - An extra call late on Friday to confirm the deck and posts were on the van and to confirm a delivery window of 8:00am to 10:00am. - A call from the delivery company when they were 15 minutes away. - Delivery to the door at 9:00am. All broads, joists and boards were straight and true. Bargain price. Couldn't fault this company, they deserve more than 1/2 star reviews because of COVID.
