        I had a pallet trunked up by Pinklink /Palletways from Reading and Id just like to say that the service was great. Due to work commitments I asked if I could collect my consignment as opposed to waiting for delivery. They duly obliged. Thank you all involved.

        Attempted to return a five-piece garden furniture set worth 2,000 to the original retailer using Pink Link, who then lost it. This was in mid-March. It is now almost three months since the items were sent and we are nowhere near a resolution. They have been setting up the insurance claim on their end for near enough three weeks and I keep having to email for updates. Going to have to go through small claims to recover the money. Avoid.
