The worst customer service discriminated against. I will have to report this to head office. Tried returning a faulty item. Argos think they have testers working there. Disgusting

After an absolute headache of 8 months dealing with DPD by them delivering to the wrong store then excepting no responsibility I was kindly reached out to by the staff at argso to resolve the issue and In less then a week I now have the item back. This is far beyond anything they needed to do but they helped me anyway contrast been quick easy and without issue. There a credit to argos as a whole

Selling returned items as NEW and dont bother to check why it was returned too, as i had two items clearly opened both faulty from the box and clearly returned for refund! marked unpacked... been today again and same thing 200 item with seals broken!!! they dont even argue with this and its common for argos to do this from what i found on the net! needs reporting to trade standards
