He is a rude and ignorant person as he very badly represents this IT firm!
Uses profanity when dealing with customer support and treats other businesses shockingly!
He also spoke about fraudulently using other people's names and emails to contact for more customer support. Ive had to ban him.
I can provide proof of this if a person reaches out to me via This Review.
Happy to remove this review of the IT firm if action is taken and this is recognised.
