        False advertising regarding delivery time. Customer service are worse that automated menu. Manager isn't better don't even know their own recycling policy, claiming that weee recycling it's Irish law but business located in UK hense they don't have to collect my old item.

        Jokers ordered a tv set never arrived tried to keep my money spent 8.3 hours on phone had to threaten them with legal action. They kept my delivery money please dont purchase anything from these cowboys

        Do not buy from this company-first and last! They hugely make their money by sending customers faulty items and telling them to return item for full refund then not refunding full cost once they receive item back.. They sent me a microwave which was faulty and promised me a full refund when received back to warehouse. Once they received microwave back they told me they can only refund me 40% of cost. I was told full refund by Juliet and Glazia! All the staff have their own rules communicating different information therefore as a consumer I have been deceived with this return that I will be taking further!
