    I was due to have a telephone job interview with them today and have been waiting for over 1 hour for them to call. If I was a current employee and had turned up for work 1 hour late I would probably be getting a warning. If they have such disregard for prospective staff I don't want to know how they treat their full time staff

    Worked for them 14 yrs on and off they have turned out to be nothing but bully's and liars refused to pay my bonus even though I earned it !!. I wouldn't recommend working for FMG especially in the ULR department, Avoid at all costs.

    Still waiting for invoice to be paid from October 2022. The owner of the vehicle was really pleased with our repairs. FMG who are just a middle man between the insurance company and the vehicle owner, hold on to the money, which has been paid by the insurance company usually before the repair commences. Then they don't like paying the repairers. Very Very Poor. Would they like their wages paid, months after doing their work. I don't think so. Plus they take a percentage off the invoice.

    Unbelievably poor customer service. You ring up to chase a claim and they put you on hold for 25 minutes then tell you to leave a message and phone number. HOW CAN COMPANIES BE IN BUSINESS AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT?
