DO NOT PURCHASE PUSHCHAIRS FROM THIS COMPANY. DANGER TO CHILDREN!!!! Purchased an Ocarro pushchair through Very UK. Within 7 months of using the seat unit designed to carry a child up to 22kg the seat unit connectors have snapped on a 9.8kg 10 month old. Imagine the danger of a child falling head first onto the pavement from a faulty pushchair. Contacted mamas and papas apparently not their problem need to speak to very contacted very not their problem need to speak to mamas and papas. The while process is absolutely disgusting your product, your name on the product you are responsible for the damage and you should ensure you rectify it.

Terrible site manager is rude and wasted police time because of an auditor. Will not be shopping at mamas and papas again.

Their customer service is an absolute joke. They mislead you into purchasing an extortionately priced item, and then afterwards dont want to deal with any issues you experience and will just tell you to contact the manufacturer instead. Purchase your baby items elsewhere for cheaper and with better customer service. Completely baffled as to how theyre still in business.
