Customer service usually good but the new girl who was serving this evening 20th April at around 8.30pm lacked common courtesy. Having a drink behind the till instead of serving me, didn't excuse herself or even say hi.... what's the excuse for ill manners?
Also the homeless woman sitting directly outside the store needs to go!
