I have been working for this company for several years and have received thorough training. I get allocated a good variety of assignments which I can accept or decline to fit in with my lifestyle. I receive good feedback on my reports which enables me to improve. The team are always available to answer any questions I have and are very approachable. The portal used is very straightforward and user friendly and there are further training opportunities there. I enjoy working for this company and would highly recommend them.

I am a mystery shopper of nearly 20 years experience, that does tend to make people like me to have very standards in respect of the various agencies, companies, and staff who give us our work. Out of all the companies who give me regular work I would without doubt rate insight 6 at the top of the list. Yes we have to write accurate reports reflecting our experience of the assignment, but, for this we are rewarded with above average pay. I enjoy working with insight 6, the staff are helpful, polite, very professional and understand the realities of the work. The staff are also honest in their criticism which is aimed at helping us write better reports. They are excellent in their payment times, I have never had to remind or ask for payment, and at times have been surprised at the speed of payment.
