        My friend, an asylum seeker, took in his urgently needed laptop for assessment - he was told to pay 40 up-front (he assumed this would cover the cost of repair). When he was told it would cost 160 to repair he said he could not afford it. It took 2 weeks for computer to be returned, and HIS 40 WAS NOT RETURNED. Kirklees Computer Services did not respond to any of 4 email messages, challenging their actions. Disgusting !!
