First let me start by saying Im one of those hard to please customers (I know I am). As for reviews I dont normally do them so to let you know from start to finish Im one happy customer. Id just recently had my car stolen and the insurance had paid out so I started visiting car show rooms and having test drives. I test drove a Hyundai Tucson Ultimate and really enjoyed the drive even with the way I drive (Still a boy racer at heart) I couldnt find anything in my local area so started to go further afield and came across R N Goldens website. I found a Tucson at the right price rang the dealership and was put in touch with (Ahmed Abdirahman) I informed him that Id seen a Tucson on the website but also included I was one of those hard to deal with customers all of which he took in his stride, the whole process was handled so professionally I had to write this review I can now say I am the proud owner of a Hyundai Tucson Ultimate 23 Plate at the right price with my car mats thrown in as I explained Ive never paid for car mats. Would I use this dealership again seeing I live in London and the dealership is in Huddersfield every single time given the way I was treated and the way everything was handled. Top Job done by everyone I take my hat off to you all and wish all dealers would deal with customers the same way.
