Service from swift direct is excellent and prompt. We brought faux wood blinds in white. quality is very good, well made and super easy to fit. Recommended to friends and family as most have commented on them. Thanks again

Horrendous customer service, Philippino call centre, cannot speak English well enough to be able to have a discussionAVOID on top of this the product was shockingly madehacked slays on edges throughout and marks on said slatswhat a waste of time

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We ordered 2 wooden blinds, the dimensions of the windows were exactly the same, two blinds arrived cut at two different widths and both of them not as wide as the windows we bought them for. We contacted them and they came back with a "the differences in measurements are within thier operating tolerance" also there is nothing they can do and we will not get any kind of refund or new blinds sent out. 130 completely down the drain. Please do not bother wasting your money with this clown company.

The order arrived super quick. The assembly instructions were crystal clear and all the parts were there. I bought this blind specially for the kitchen and it fits perfectly and has transformed the space. Simply impressed with the service and the product. Will definitely be buying more
