I recently went to Kasie for my chemical face peel and right at the start Kasie was very friendly, welcoming and gave a full explanation of the procedure. I recently had an appointment for lip filler with Kasie at Colne Valley Cosmetics. The whole experience was professional from start to finish and Kasie was very welcoming and reassuring. She made me aware of everything I needed to know before starting the service and thoroughly went through what to expect during and after the appointment. I visited Kasie for Botox due to a deep frown line between my eyebrows. Kasie was professional and understanding of my nervousness as Ive never had Botox before. The results are fantastic, the line has near disappeared and she has checked in with me several times to monitor results. Overall super professional and great customer service. I will without a doubt visit again. Service: Laser hair removal
