Serves at the table. Homely atmosphere. Great food. Cost us 43 for 2 courses of menu and 2 pints and 2 soft drink at lunch. If you go out these days you need to make sure you get a good place and this is one of them. Have to say wine was a bit pricey for a pub. Kid-friendliness: I think every other table had a baby. Also dog friendly too. I guess as long as they are well behaved.

I went out for lunch with my partner.Enjoyed the chorizo and red wine, and I would have liked a bit more bread, but that's because the bread was nice. The burger and fries are very tasty. Followed by sticky Toffee Pudding. Kid-friendliness: NIce to see new mums and there babies. Reminded me of the last time I'd visited here so long ago.

We went as a party of 5 for a 7pm meal, drinks & a catch up. The food is average pub grub - absolutely fine. The service was a little slow. The cacophony of noise meant we couldn't hear ourselves to catch up. More a beer & social pub than a meal & catch up with friends place, especially on a Friday night. Lesson learnt.
