        Very helpful staff generally, a decent window for opening hours. I have always found the staff here to be helpful, they try their best to be as quick as possible to get you in-and-out without too much stress.

        I visited the branch in Huddersfield today. I had a enquiry about a savings account and cash back on my 123 account, I was served by Richard and would like to give a positive feedback he was very helpful and even went and enquired about the information he gave me was correct about cash back which I really appreciated. Well done sir. Hopefully you will pas this feedback onto RIchard.
