The worst bank ever! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Went into to deposit cash was told to use a machine even though I asked to see a cashier , messing about with notes close to the door machine can only take so many notes at once , first batch fed into machine spat 10 out put them back in spat 5 back out then swallowed the whole lot with error on the screen out of order , bank worker then disappeared through a door the machine i was using made loads of banging i was stood around eventually she came back with the notes saying they where stuck together would i like to see the cashier , joined a queue of people took 2 mins once i got served no apologies from any of the three women bank workers all in all took 15 mins would rate the branch zero but you have to give 1 star , staff arrogant and no customer service.

Worst customer service of any branch, staff talk down to you and are very rude. I made a complaint against a staff member and low and behold the person i was complaining about was dealing with my complaint. Natwest you need to get this branch sorted !!!!

Walked straight in, payed in, came back out, no waiting.
