        Staff smoking outside, didn't then wash hands and served me a cold sausage roll after saying it was hot. I didn't ask for a refund and left it, she at least put it in the bin for me with a could not care less attitude

        The staff member today was so rude I left without buying anything. Theyd put the chocolate and ginger biscuits next to the coffee machine so they were melted, when I tried to find one that wasnt she shouted at me to stop playing with the biscuits. When I explained they were melted she kept rudely telling me I was playing with them. I walked out. Stick to Greggs!
