Halfords - Huddersfield

I have been looking for a new battery for my motorcycle, Looking around I found the one I wanted and Halfords net site said there was one in Huddersfield. I called into the store but they said they hadn`t one and couldn`t order one either? I left somewhat bemused. When I got home later that day I went on Halfords site, ordered the battery and paid for it, later still a text arrived saying they were sorting my order, the next morning an email told me the battery was in store so I went down and picked it up. So dissapointing that I had to make second special journey to the Huddersfield store when it seems they had the battery there the day before. Puzzled

Great team at Halfords Huddersfield always deliver on their promises! Ive only been driving for 7 or 8 years and Ive never used another auto centre/garage. Cant recommend them enough genuinely.

Brilliant customer service, received a phone call in the morning, explaining one of the items was not in stock, but they've order it and would arrive in 2 days, picked up the other 2 item's that day, and was served by the same guy who called me, and new all about my order, I'm useless at names, but thank you for help.
