Design Line

I've worked with Sean for many years now. He gives an excellent service, with good communication and drawings that are very easy to work from. Sean's 'vision' for the structure is very good ... and he knows how to detail a building too (which many in the architectural world don't)!

We had our house totally renovated with Design Line. The whole experience was amazing! The design concept took into account everything we were asking for and more, day to day communications throughout the 12 month project with Andy Flynn our project manager brought all his experience to it to ensure it ran as smoothly as possible and was always approachable and available. Both Sean Brockbank and Andy Flynn are very professional in their approach yet understand the needs of others in a way that makes you feel at ease. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending to anyone requiring architectural work of any nature to consider using them. In fact we asked them to manage a second project for us which involved drawing plans and submitting to the local planning authorities. Again they were fabulous as they overcame obstacles over and over again and we were successful in obtaining the planning permission which without them we might not have done. Many thanks!
