        I started going to Elysium last Oct on a beginners Ariel course and while I found a new appreciation for how hard it was to do I came away from the lessons feeling amazing every single time.. all the instructors are just so friendly and encouraging you end up doing things you could never imagine your body being capable of.. I feel empowered and have a happy glow and its given me so much body positivity that Im now strutting round in two pieces and heels doing pole.. this place is more than just a fitness studio its a family that you just want to keep returning to visit and I can not recommend it enough..

        So many options in this studio and its such a welcoming environment! Never felt more comfortable anywhere else ^-^ The instructors are lovely and are able to take anything to your level.
