        It seems complicated, yet the issues I had are relevant to so many women of a certain age. After weaning myself off HRT, within weeks, my joints were screaming at me, to the point that I struggled to climb the stairs! My GP arranged an x-ray, the results showed no problems! This all coincided with the January 2021 Lockdown. I was feeling dreadful & worried about my mobility. I spoke with Tracy & arranged an appointment. I arrived in tears of pain and left, pain free! After three months of treatment & insightful advice, I have full movement in my joints, for which I am very grateful.

I would highly recommend if you are interested in alternative therapies and if you are suffering from deep aches, tension or a general low mood.
