        Unavailable at a time when we needed them the most. Ian seems to constantly be on holiday with his son left in charge. His son could be replaced with an answerphone he is that useless. We had to go with another accountancy firm, who were extremely willing and helpful at short notice, then we were held ransom by Heys Business Services Ltd for the sum of 420 for basically nothing. They hadnt even submitted a tax return for us. Ian himself did not even have the common courtesy to get my name correct in emails (my first name isnt Tarik). My best advice is to avoid this old dinosaurs diabolical service.
