CS Audio Visual

Stephen Milsom set up two new very large Samsung HD TVs for me snd my friend, complete with sound bars. My sound bar didnt work at all. But Stephen spent 2 hours trying to rectify the fault. He even spent an hour talking to Samsung technical, who merely told him to do the tests he had already done. I have never seen such a conscientious engineer who literally spent 3 1/2 hours with me trying to rectify the fault. He went beyond the call of duty, and I could not recommend Stephen more strongly..

Steve is the consummate professional. He completed what, for us, was a large audiovisual install covering four rooms in total. Supply chain issues meant many more visits than were probably planned for, but Steve took all this in his stride and was professional throughout. It is clear he has excellent relationships with the suppliers that he uses, and he was able to collect kit that was delayed and bring it to site. He was always where he said he would be when he said he would be, and all costs and expenses were clearly laid out and stuck too. In all, I could not recommend Steve and CS Audio Visual enough. Thanks Steve.
