Pass N Go Driving School Limited

If I could give 0 I would. There is 0 communication given from pass n go with me having to contact repeatedly with the same issue for it to be fixed and the next day be an issue again. 0 communication regarding driving instructors with my first ghosting me and not getting a new one for 6 weeks as I had to contact pass n go. Its been the worst experience and tbh I should of cut my losses with this company a long time. I have dreaded going to lessons this year which isnt helped by your driving instructor blatantly continually implying your going to fail your driving test the day before giving you 0 confidence. I feel Ive had better experience with my dad. Save your money and go somewhere else. Avoid at all costs

It took pass n go 7 months to find me a test just for them to tell me they couldnt find an instructor. What a waste of my time.

I had my test date for the beginning for September booked in for months, less than a month before my test I receive a lacklustre email saying they have "accidently" double booked my test date and therefor I will have to wait until December for my test. The email included no apology for their mistake and when I attempted to contact them it took over a weak to get a response. After investigating their community pages on Facebook for a while I soon realised this has happened to many people. Complete lack of professionalism, I would not recommend them as they're not trust worthy.

Had my first lesson today with Jo Bately and I really enjoyed my first lesson as she was very very patient and was very instructive at the same time, making the journey quite enjoyable. Highly recommend everyone to book her as your driving instructor as she would definitely teach you all the proper ways and make you feel confident and ready.
