        Very disappointing behaviour from the lady behind the counter. Seemed to be talking down on me and the Mrs for no reason. Also held my bank card and driving license until I phoned customer service. Very strange, dodgy stuff. Only two stars because in the end we managed to get our thing sorted. Hopefully I never need to go there again.

        The staff were AMAZING, both ladies were so very friendly and helpful. I needed very specific help and instead of just saying sorry that is not possible to do they looked up ways that I could do what I was asking for AND looked up what would be needed, how to do it, etc! Honestly I was blown away by the customer service here.
