    The invoicing system is a little problematic which led to over-billing on multiple occasions and under settlement on others. Constant changes of account managers without notice, leading to inconsistency and confusion of what was said or agreed by whom. The PA's are excellent but the management need to have respect for small businesses too and not only the big businesses. I literally had someone from the team screamed at me on the phone today for asking questions about why something was changed without any notice. Account package agreed on, and confirmed by email, kept changing from one account manager to another and only found out occasionally when I had time to check the payments I was making. I had 6 account managers in a period of about a 1 year. The biggest disappointment was following up on a query for nearly 3 weeks and it turned out that my account manager I was relying on for support had been assigned to another business but no one was assined to mine. I often had to turn to the PA to go beyond her responsibilities and help find someone to sort issues for me. Maybe when my businesses starts making millions they would demonstrate some common decency then, but I very much doubt anything could convince me to use them again.
