        STAY AWAY - Phones don't work, company doesn't answer the calls or emails. Contacted Instant Business Communications to set up my company's telephone system and broadband. They promised me a system that would be all set ad working in a few weeks. We are now 3 months past. They never set up the phones or working browband while they have taken the payments. Absolutely disgraceful company, 3 months since we hired them, the phones are still not working, the broadband is a joke. They lure you in with price, and then they just never respond to you again. Currently reported to Telecommunications ombudsman . Johnny the owner promised he will fix this issue, then blanked all attempts to get in touch. Speechless, hope the curt will solve this.

        Phones never worked, broadband never installed. Will do the most to get the contract signed but then a complete switch in service with no aftercare. Would not recommend.
