Ive been at this surgery a while but have been so impressed by the service the last couple of years. From the staff at reception who are so helpful and supportive to the really great doctors. The nurses are so fantastic too. The nhs is under so much strain and the staff here really push to try and meet your needs even within the reducing resources in the wider system. Im also a new mum and the support me and my baby have had (who was born premature) has been superb. I feel very lucky to have had the care that Ive had at the Hoxton Surgery. Thank you.

Think its terrible the level of bureaucracy thats implemented into the NHS just to get some treatment. In this case antibiotics. Rather than complicating the system should focus on your mission which is to treat sick patients. Care should be top priority. Not online questions for a simple diagnosis and treatment as a throat infection. They even wasted my time saying later they had a slot for an appointment which I didnt receive, made all my way there for nothing. Cant possibly be proud of the service you provide to the public.

Do not see a male doctor at this GP regarding issues with fertility, PCOS (anything to do with female menstrual issues etc) they will undermine your problems and do absolutely nothing. Thanks for playing up to the stereotype Dr F - whatever your name was.
