Ventrata is the second reservations system Discover Banff Tours has used. We were on a previous platform for nearly 15 years. We entertained several other options before deciding on Ventrata. The uniqueness of our business and what we require to sell and operate was something other systems were not capable of accommodating. Ventrata has managed to do so and we are happy we chose them. I have found that Ventrata is very sales forward and presents a clean and simple user interface for the guest. Reporting is very dynamic and allows you to create custom reports with ease . Much of the data can be centralized into a dashboard which is critical to get business intelligence and manage dynamically in today's world. These features are customizable and really impressed me. The company is relatively new so some features (management of vehicles, guides, scheduling, inventory) are not quite where they need to be for us yet, and we are adapting to the system. The development team are responsive with development requests addressing these concerns and I know we'll get to where we need to be shortly. In fact, development and customizing the system has been very progressive and speedy which impresses me. We had the bad luck of migrating systems at the beginning of the pandemic which prevented a thorough, in person, onboarding process. That was a frustration beyond anyone's control. The Ventrata team has made themselves very available and responsive to our requests since onboarding even through the pandemic. We are happy we are using this system and are eager to learn more ways Ventrata can help us sell more, and operate more efficiently.

Ventrata has been an excellent partner amidst the covid-19 crisis. They've taken advantage of the downtime on operator's hands this year to listen to wishlist items for the perfect reservation/ticketing system, and we have been so pleased with the outcome. Wait time on chat support is advertised as 5 min or less but in reality is around 1 minute and they've launched a ticketing system for more in-depth requests. The team is diverse, helpful, pleasant; unlike many other software companies that I've used to assist with the day-to-day tasks of operating a business. It's night and day from our previous system. Prices are competitive, the reports on the system are everything you could want to better understand and plan for your business needs, and their customer-facing website options are spot-on for those wanting to build from scratch. We're thoroughly satisfied.
