Quiet, friendly pub with reasonably priced drinks in a great location and had a large selection of board games to play!

Nice pub for with a nice brioche sandwich pop up for lunch. I was sad that they were out of the fried cauliflower, which i would have loved to try. The vegetarian sandwich was tasty and the fries were alright. The lemon aioli dip was good. My friend said that the popcorn chicken was really good. The bloody Mary pickles were great, but I would have liked the drink to be a bit more peppery and savory. Service was nice and the fireplace and mismatched and slightly rickety chairs give a really cosy pub vibe.
