From the outset there were some small administrative issues that we turned a blind eye to (the prices advertised on the website were apparently incorrect, so we were charged more than we had thought - not great considering that price forms a part of choosing a nursery; the figures are still incorrect 14 months later ...)
That aside, we had a good experience for about a year until our daughter moved into the third room and began returning home saying "time out" and "naughty". She had just turned two years old and we felt that this was inappropriate. We asked about the policy of asking children to stay at home for 48 hours after two loose nappies (as her nappies were exactly the same as in the previous room). Rather than look at our concerns we received passive aggressive emails from the manager of the nursery, which then became flat out aggressive and very very nasty. We witnessed the coordinator of that room screaming (I really mean screaming - no exaggeration) at children for ordinary childlike behaviour, like taking a tissue or removing shoes.
The atmosphere became so nasty that we withdrew our child from the nursery and had to take time off work to care for her while finding an alternative nursery.
I am happy to be contacted about this review if anyone would like to talk about Little Angels.
