We have only attended Bright Buttons since March under the temporary management of Helen. There were definetly some issues that we raised with Helen that appear to have been longstanding. Helen was key in communicating properly with us about our concerns, addressing them and feeding back to us. We really appreciated her whilst there. The key workers met our expectations as far as we could observe. There were however a lot of staff that didn't seem to understand the need for a thorough hand over at the end of the day.

I loved this nursery once and would have given a 5 star rating, both my children attended and they developed a great trust with the excellent staff who worked there. Unfortunately the owners are useless and had no idea how to manage a situation where the result ended with all staff giving notice and leaving due to poor management. I would seriously consider looking elsewhere as the nursery will still remain under the same ownership when it reopens.

My daughter has attended this nursery for a short while. The manager has been very friendly and welcoming to both myself and my child .We both felt comfortable with our time there however, I feel the staff can benefit with more training and being more attentive regarding the personal care of young children as my daughter developed serious nappy rash as a result. I would just like to add, I have received my deposit back from the nursery without any issues. I dont know why all staffs are leaving together i only know the opinion of certain young staffs and not management. Parent are commenting not knowing the truth.

Our daughter went to Bright Buttons from 9mo and stayed 2 years. The staff is extremely caring and professional. She has been doing countless activities and was always excited to go there. She has food allergies and was given alternative food whenever needed. We were always confident to leave her in the morning. She would usually run in the nursery to meet her friends and key person and even forget to kiss us goodbye!
