        Really, really rate this place. After years of trying all of the neighbouring nail salons, I happily walk the extra distance as this place exceeds in quality, longevity and service.

        Today I went to get my eyebrows waxed, and the owner Anna waxed off a 1/3 of my left eyebrow. I was left absolutely horrified, in floods of tears. She spent a mere 45 seconds on my eyebrows and completely messed up the job. In response, she said "it will be okay, they will grow back" and offered a mere 1 discount. Please, do not invest your money in this horrific business. The owner shows no care or interest in making her clients satisfied; she merely cares for money. I will never be returning to this business. I am absolutely horrified beyond belief and have never seen such unprofessionalism. Shameful
