BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! I wish I read these before making my purchase, albeit via Wowcher. Terrible online purchase experience with Wowcher passing the blame to the merchant, and the merchant blatantly refusing to acknowledge responsibility!

We ordered a 4000 pocket sprung cashmere luxury mattress on the 13th May it arrived on the 19th May . It felt firm but thought it would be ok . Went to bed at 23.00 that night and had to go sleep in the spare room as the mattress was like sleeping on the floor board. We emailed the next morning asking for it to be returned because it was so uncomfortable and not fit for purpose and their reply was they wouldn't accept it back because that's not a good enough reason my husband replied but they never had the Curtis to reply! This is such a con! We brought it through living social UK which is similar to Groupon. Any phone numbers written are void! We've been conned dont touch these

I have been trying to get in touch with these people for the last 3 weeks to get a confirmation on the delivery day of the mattress I purchased with them. No one answers the phone for weeks and when they do the are not able to give you any certainty. I sent 3 emails to all the available email addresses... no response. Chat online? Doesn't even works... don't know why they bothered even having that option... Incredibly irresponsible and unreliable.
