I have contacted HSC in order to rent out my flat based in Angel, London (as HSC is also conducting the management of the whole property - 1, Owen St.). Immediately, I realized that I have made the right choice following meeting Lettings Manager Kirk. He helped me a lot with the repairs and renovations of my flat, as lots of works needed to be done. Following that, within a decent amount of time, he has found me the most optimum tenants which I am very happy with. Both Kirk and the rest of the team of HSC - Islington & Shoreditch Branch were extremely friendly and responsive at any time and any date. Highly recommended!

Luca of the City Road branch did a difficult job in selling our apartment in a tricky market with increasing interest rates and a lot of competition for 3 bed apartments. Found an overseas buyer and managed to keep interest going until we completed. Kept us informed of progress of the viewings and the sale at all times. Would recommend for personal service.

Fantastic service and advice from Kirk and Oksana on the letting side, with reasonable fees. They have done and continue to do an amazing job for landlords and tenants alike. We would definitely recommend HSC as letting agent.
