        DO NOT RENT FROM CAMPTOO. THEY ARE IGNORING ALL MESSAGES THEY HAVE TURNED OFF THE PHONELINES THEY HAVEN'T PAID MY LAST 2 HIRES THEY OWE ME 's OWNERS DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS RENTERS DO NOT MAKE BOOKINGS

        Im an owner of a camper listed on this website, although it seems great from a consumers perspective, its quite the opposite for an owner. I have had to chase every booking payment to be made by this company. It states 3-5 working days for funds to clear automatically from when a rental period startsCurrently I have been waiting 3 weeks to be paid for the most recent finalised rental period, customer services are now ignoring all my messages.This isnt the first time. Customer services are next to impossible to contact, a total injust service for the people who trust this platform with their prized possessions. Pay your debts!

        It might be good for renters but it's HELL for owners. Reading through the reviews I noticed I'm not the only one whos payments are late! I have to chase every.single.one... and now it looks like they no longer do customer service, only emails! Unbelievable... I'll tell all my new renters to go and book through Goboony...

        DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT PAY THE VEHICLE OWNERS FOR THE BOOKINGS AND DO NOT REFUND THE DEPOSITS TO THE RENTERS. COMPANY IS CLEARLY IN FINANCIAL DIFFICULTY, DUTCH CAMPTOO WENT BANKRUPT LAST MONTH. THEY ARE A SCAM AND WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY.
