        Absolutely awful customer service. I bought a massage gun for my husband for Christmas and it has completely stopped working. I have tried to contact customer services numerous times but after two emails back from them I have not heard nothing. I cannot get through to the mobile in the website. Do not buy from this company.

        This company is a SCAM. Ordered a week ago, heard nothing. Emailed, no reply. Rang but their customer service is a mobile number that doesnt ring. AVOID. Need to try to get my money back.

        Mini massage gun purchased. Lasted a week before breaking and becoming completely unusable. Customer service (contacted theough instagram initially) requested a video of it charging. That was emailed as requested. I've had no further contact despite multiple emails. down the drain. I would avoid this company based on my experience.

        I purchased the Mini and it has been great, had it for 2years and used regularly. So good I orders the bigger one have had it for six months and I'm delighted with it. Can't comment on customer service as haven't needed to contact them. Love both find take the small one when I travel. Haven't had any problems they both work well, great guns!

        I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I placed my order beginning of November, and still havent received it. Ive been chasing weekly and was initially was advised to chased courier myself, but couldnt get information I needed, so asked Physion to chase. I was then told that the courier said my home address didnt exist and to provide work address (I had already closed my cafe business for Christmas)!! This week (Jan 23) Ive been told that the item was delivered on 23/12/22, to where Ive got no idea (Ive asked for proof of delivery/photo/signature), Ive not received anything and Im now asking for a full refund. If this matter isnt resolved by end of next week, Ill be seeking legal action as to how to get my money back. I will never order from this company again and strongly advise you not to do so either.
