Derman provide an invaluable service to the Turkish-Kurdish-Cypriot community, and I feel priviliged to have been a part of this magnificent organisation. As a volunteer trainee counsellor, I was supported and held by both my team leader,supervisor and the Derman organisation as a whole. It has been a huge learning experience, one that has shaped me as a counsellor and a person, and will benefit me in the future.
