The way this place is set up is a constant reminder that us patients are on a building site rather than in a clinic. The building site surroundings are not helped by the poor excuse for air quality, the dry air does not help eye health at all and can exacerbate other ongoing issues people have. The location of this clinic is an enormous hinderence for anyone who can't see well enough to travel by bus or walk very far if they have to make their way here from the main building. The overall experience of this place is well below acceptable as you are effectively moved along the conveyor belt of machines assessing you until you are finally allowed to leave.

Long waiting times no vending machine to have a hot drink. Awkward to get to by public transport. Wait is far too long.
