        Complete lack of communication regarding deliveries - the shipment was attempted when my fiance was not home (no prior contact). Then the dress was shipped back to a warehouse despite our attempt to collect it from the courier. The customer service is very difficult to deal with, they do not care to come up with a reasonable solution and blame the customer for their own shortcomings. Very unprofessional.
