We had a great experience using Juno as first time buyers. We found them really proactive and I always got a response to msgs via the online portal within a few hours. It was invaluable for me that everything was done remotely - as I'm cabin crew I would have found it so difficult to keep up with printing, signing and posting documents back all the time. Great being able to see the updates on the online dashboard. Very competitively priced for the service and even though we were warned off remote/online Conveyancers they worked really well as they work in teams, so even if one person is off on annual leave/sick someone else is there to continue working on it. Time from instruction to completion was 18/01/23-1/04/23 and completion date was at our request so believe they could have done it sooner if we wanted. Would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to my friends/family!

Amazing! Our first house purchase fell through and we were able to go through with the purchase of our current house because of the 2nd chance guarantee! We needed to pay no extra money (which would have detrimental to our homebuying journey!) and the fees to begin with were more than reasonable! The journey was smooth and every person I dealt with over email or phone was lovely and helpful. We had a few holdups as our sellers were selling through probate and didn't have many answers about the house but Juno always kept us up to date and answered any questions we had. The dashboard was perfect. Whenever the sellers solicitor had been chased, we had an update on the dashboard and by email. Whenever we needed to answer a question or fill in a form, we had an update. The dashboard showed you everything that needed to happen and, when it did, it was ticked off! I love this as it was a helpful visual of how far along the journey we were. Especially helpful for us as we had no idea what the process would involve and the dashboard listed every step! I would use Juno every time and recommend them to anyone. Everyone said buying a house would be stressful - this wasn't! I felt so involved in the process without the pressure because of the dashboard and email updates. Thank you so much, Juno, for making our first home buying experience smooth, stress-free and organised!
