had a very bad experience with their customer support, as well as TransUnion btw. These people don't know to work with information and sensitive customer data. Not willing to help.

Very strange and unprofessional company. I opened my account with TottalyMoney and for some reason, my TransUnion credit information did not appear on their web site. I wrote to the customer service, Tara dealt with my inquiry. I sent them my downloaded TransUnion credit report, along with other proof of my identity. But at the end of out discussion (about 7 emails ) Tara said that I was not able to confirm my identity. After emailing my credit report from Transunion along with ID. That's a laugh and waist of my time, absolute unprofessionalism and indifference.

I like how Totally money keeps me up to date on my transactions and I really try to follow the Totally money suggestions of boosting my credit score. So far everything is smooth sailing. Great serves, free of cost no monthly charges, very easy to access for our reports , I must say to everybody please use Totally money
