Absolutely a very disgusting "Bank". I have open this account in other to receive my self-employed income so it doesn't get mixed with my regular income for tax purposes. I wish I read the reviews before using these people that call themself a bank. I've received two transfers in the space of a couple of days' part. They restricted the account asking me where is the money coming from via email I have called on a working day and they were closed!!! very suspicious. My customer was ok to share a picture of the transaction she made confirming that she did make the transaction for my services. It takes them forever to reply So I have decided to call every hour until they resolve the issue whether it was to release the funds or send the money back These people still decided to close the account (Which I wasn't going to use anymore after this traumatic experience). I think they using people money to pay their debt or something, there is no way that they doing this in the interest of people! I will update the post when the transactions are reversed back into the respective bank accounts If you can use a tranditional bank account you will be better off, they are some brilliant online bank out there if you can't open a regular bank account, just do your due diligence before hand

A truly atrocious 'bank' from start to finish. dozens app UI is abysmal and hard to find your way around. By far the least user-friendly and most fiddly app on my phone. The customer service is something else. Shockingly poor. Takes several MONTHS to get each simple matter resolved! The bonds are a farce and dozens make it nigh impossible to invest into them with their extraordinarily complicated rules. I am literally pulling my hair out dealing with these jokers and can't wait to be able to access my money and close my account down.

They closed my account for no reason it took 8 days and numerous amount of emails and phone calls to let me know avoid if you can if i could give zero stars i would have
