Found this company via the Which consumer website of trusted traders with five star reviews. I also checked the reviews for this company via Trustpilot and Google which all contained glowing reviews. Telephoned and spoke to Sam. Booked an installation of a ring doorbell for a couple of days later. The team arrived Thursday morning and installed the ring doorbell to the mains supply, very neat and professional job done. Lovely guys who made sure it was correctly installed and tested. Cleaned up mess and took packing. Very knowledge in their work. The reasonable cost of work was emailed to me before I accepted the job and payment is done online. I will not hesitate using HomeTechWare again and they will be top of my list for future security and home fixes. I am so pleased to have found this company - it is worth all of its 5 star reviews. Both electricians checked the electrical installation condition and identified the work that needed to be done. They discoed the details with me before carrying out the work swiftly and efficiently including fitting a new socket and switch, fitting an external light etc. They were courteous, and polite. We contacted HomeTechWare after seeing their great reviews on Which Trusted Trader. We were not disappointed. Sam and his team were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They bent over backwards to make sure we got what we wanted. We needed to relocate our modem and switch equipment and install networking sockets around the house. They made an initial site visit, working with us to find good solutions, then provided a fully itemised quote. They didn't try to aggressively up-sell and completed the work on time and to the agreed quote. They were also very reasonable and accommodating with the additional work we asked for on the day. They were extremely pleasant at all times and I would recommend them highly. Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation
