Nisa

This nisa is unhygienic, overpriced and unsafe. From the out of date food they try and sell as reduced, to the moulding fruits and veg. The crowded aisles are badly organised with item stacked on tops of each which can easy fall and hurt a customer. In addition the food is overpriced and the fact that the staff are not helpful and can not be bothered to put labels on items or on the self. Also the staff are there watching movies or on a call or even eating whilst serving customers. This shop definitely needs an inspection because the conditions are vulgar and this shop need to be shut down or fined.

The food is rotten and one of the staff called kamal is so RUDE his attitude towards young customers is horrible

Staff reacted rudely and rejected my return stating that the shop does not accept "packageless" returns. when I explained that amazon and Hermes state that the shop accepts them he further rejected it and stated that Amazon/Hermes need to update their website.Coincidentally the shop sells packaging so my trip to the shop was not a wasted one. But poor customer service
