I previously published a review after being on the receiving end of some road rage by a member of their staff. I removed it as VKE contacted me and I assumed they would deal with it internally.
It is clear my complaint was ignored. Do you know how I know this? Because the very same driver, not even a couple weeks later, done exactly the same thing to me on the same stretch of road, no less. I can't believe it.
Being on the recieving end of road rage is difficult enough, but twice, by the same driver, in a work van and allowed to get away with it, is incredibly frustrating, especially when you're following the law.
