I would like to say a huge thank you to Maria and her team at IT & General. Maria is a lovely kind person who is always happy to help. Our team was feeling the effects of working from home without a reliable phone system, now with our VOIP phones in place, we are connected and able to answer our clients problems straight away. This gives our team the ability to provide a streamlines service without the need for being in the office. This would not have been possible without Maria and I am very grateful to her for this. Having made the decision recently to give up our office and continue running the business from home, it was key to me that my team and clients alike saw this as being professionally handled and to ensure that communication would not be adversely affected. Having used our mobile phones to contact clients during the first few months of the Covid crisis, it was now time to make a permanent change. I asked Maria for a quote to provide my team of 4 with a VOIP phone system. After a conversation to discuss our particular needs, IT& General were very quick to provide a quote. It was simple to understand and gave different options to suit different budgets. After a few more conversations to ensure that they were providing us with exactly what we needed, our order was placed and within just a matter of days our system was up and running. The customer service since then has been excellent with any questions from my team being answered without delay. My team are loving the new system and within just a short space of time, the additional connectivity that we now have, has produced a tangible difference in team morale.
