We hired Mr Kerem Alev of The Brooke Consultancy Ltd to give us legal guidance and to fight a claim regarding a long standing property dispute related to service charges that we were having. Kerem's services were excellent and just what we needed. He quickly got into the detail of our matter and established a strategy that ultimately won us an out of court settlement in our favour, which in turn saved us a significant amount of money that we would have otherwise ended up paying to the Claimants.
