        Scaffolding eye sore . Been up for 3 years or more . Must have bad design flaws to take this long to fix the problem . In response to the question below I believe there is a water ingress problem which has meant lengthy work to fix it . They have been working on the building every day for what seems like years . Be good when they fix it because its a nice looking building without the scaffolding.
